Booking conditions of AWA Waterspotrs SL, hereinafter AWA: 
1. Cancellation of the reservation 
The cancellation of the reservation will result in the retention of the following amounts: 
- 50% of the payment and deposit plus € 30 for administration costs, when the cancellation of the reservation is made more than thirty days before the start day.
- 100% of the payment and deposit, when the cancellation is made less than thirty days in advance. 
In the event of circumstances beyond the client's control or due to a greater cause, the same criteria set forth in this section for cancellations will apply. 
AWA has no obligation to accept changes once the reservation is made, in case you accept the change (of dates, of home ...) it will cost € 20. 
2. Compensation for resignation of the stay 
When the client leaves before the date up to which he had it reserved, he must pay the total amount for the remaining days. 
3. Arrival and departure 
times The hours of the services will be agreed 1 day before at the school, depending entirely on the weather conditions. If you cannot adjust to this schedule, you should contact the school to specify another day or time (as long as the school has availability, which is not an obligation). 
4. Payment method 
At the time of booking you must make a deposit of 30% of the total amount of the service. If 3 days after the confirmation the signal payment has not been received, AWA Waterspotrs reserves the right to cancel the reservation without prior notice. The remaining amount must be paid on arrival and in cash. 
5. Client's obligations 
The student must respect the instructors and staff of the school and the safety regulations that apply. In case of negligence or inappropriate behavior AWA and the team of company managers reserve the right to cancel the service with immediate effect and without prior notice. In this case AWA will not have the obligation to return the amount of the service paid by the client. 
6. Confirmation of the reservation 
Any reservation made through AWA from any route, is manually supervised to confirm that all aspects of the reservation are correct (price, service and characteristics). Once the reservation has been reviewed and payment has been received from the customer, an email confirming the reservation / proof of payment is sent. 
The reservation is considered confirmed by AWA once the reservation confirmation / payment receipt email has been sent and, in any case, not before. 
In case there is any irregularity in the reservation and it is not accepted by AWA, in case the client has made any payment, the amount delivered on account will be fully refunded.
