Catamaran courses
Catamaran is a sport that combines gliding with sailing. Thanks to the evolution of the material, is very accessible, obtaining the first sensations of sliding through the water driven by the wind in less than 2 hours of course. You do not need a great physical condition since the material can be adapted, but we do need to teach you a basic knowledge of its technique, the basic principles of navigation, as well as safety measures.
